The meeting was presided over by JICA expert, Mr. Akihiro Shoji of the JICA ITEE , Mr. Hasan Ahmed Sharif of the JICA ITEE project & Professor Dr. Touhid , Daffodil International University. Mr. Toru Okazaki, Managing Director of Daffodil Japan IT, Mr. Rathindra Nath Das, Director of Daffodil Japan IT and Mr. Mahadee Hasan, Operation Manager of Daffodil Japan IT were present in the meeting.

ITEE stands for Information Technology Engineers Examination. ITEE is the national level IT Engineers Examination governed by IPA, Japan. It is one of the largest scale national qualification examinations in Japan.

There are currently four types of exams being offered by ITPEC 
1. IP 
2. FE
3. AP 
4. AE 
The following two exams are conducted in Bangladesh now: 
1. Level-1: IT Passport Exam (IP)
2. Level-2: Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination (FE)

IP and EF will be examined two times per year in Bangladesh.

It is a great opportunity for those who want to go to Japan in the field of engineering for Job purpose.
